One of my goals as I embark on a new life chapter is that I will lessen eating outside or getting take out and start making my own food. When it comes to kettles or any water heating device, I’m not really that concerned about the design or its features. As long as I get hot water when I need it, then I’m good. Usually I don’t look for any other bells and whistles since all I need it to do is make water hot for my coffee, tea, or noodles. But there are product designers who think long and hard about things like this and how to make products more convenient for their users.

The Mini Instant-Heating Water Dispenser was created by Hongbin Chen for an Italian brand. So of course, we expect it to be a bit more stylish. But what makes it different, aside from its sleek design, is that it is able to deliver hot water instantly and is created for both portability and countertop convenience. It targets modern, urban users wanting cafe-quality hot water anywhere, whether at home, in the office, or traveling.
